Do these 3 quotes further prove that people use "godidit" as a cop-out for things they cannot understand?

Not just silly, absolute tosh. "It is clearly true" is the last resort of someone without any actual argument. Scientists are just as able to get it wrong as anyone else. The conclusion that "the world is so complex that I can't understand how it was created, therefore goddidit" may be lampooned under the title "the argument from incredulity", but not without good reason. It's about as valid as "I believe it, therefore it is".
