Ultimately, I'm confused. Someone fill me in?

Why the hell is this Yahoo! Answers board filled with conservatives that seemingly all claim Obama is a "socialist"? It's really remarkable. Perhaps there's a reason? (And claiming that Obama is a "socialist" or supports "socialist" views is certainly not the proper answer to my question).
