Would you consider this allergies?

i usually sneeze TONS of times per day, like over 100 or so. I'm a very sneezy person, however, i've been to the doctor, and theyve said i dont have allergies, just a sensitive nose/sinuses...but it's weird cuz sometimes around certain allergens (dust, or even perfume,) i have sneezing fits but other than that, i never have them. What's even stranger, is that i've actually experimented, and put dust up to my nose/face, and went around pollen, and didnt end up sneezing at all
