What are some full-time jobs that can pay 25-30K and I won't be micro-managed/demeaned by supervisor?

I have a A.A.S in Networking and I'm 4 cles shy of a Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies. I don't feel like going back to graduate. It will be of minimal benefit to me. Even MA's and MBA's are waiting tables at Outback. The only thing is I hate being talked down to, kind of like how at the jobs where you have no autonomy whatsoever, you have no rights almost. I can't have that. Any suggestions?
