There isn't anything you can physically do but wait - its a matter of when your body/pituitary gland decides its *time* and releases the hormones that triggers labor - you're not officially considered *overdue* until you hit 42 weeks - l checks are pointless - you could be closed up tighter than a drum and deliver tonight or be 3cm's and go *overdue* - being induced is not the end of the world
