Any new alopecia treatments out there?

I have had alopecia totalis since 1995, and haven't looked into 'treatment' in the past decade. Just curious if someone has had success with any new procedures. I have has cortisone inj, PUVA light treatments, rogaine, Kevis, prednisone.
