Has anyone heard of Luvtrak for women?

My cousin is considering taking an herbal all natural pill called Luvtrak to help her develope tissue bc she is a 34AA. I was just wondering if anyone out there had taken this pill themselves or knew of someone who had? Please help me find out. I don't want her to take something that will harm her.
