How do I approach my neighbor to meet her and stuff and eventually ask her out?

alright, well just thought I would add in, I'm 14 aswell, but what has happened to me before with this kind of things is that my parents and my (now but not before this) friends parents and my parents became friends and eventually planned for them all to come over for dinner, and that's when I was able to become friends with their daughter who is amazingly beautiful, we hit it off well and had lots in common, now we didn't end up dating, but possibly four have, then again I didn't ask her out lol, but you could see if your parents and her parent are friends and hey if they are maybe they'll plan alittle get together thing and you'll get to meet her, if u don't want to wait for that or anything you could always (if you see her outside at all) introduce yourself and start a good conversation, and always ask about her an don't just talk about yourself :) hope this helps, Duncan
