Is the Dragon style Kung fu considered the strongest? And Why?

Dragon style Kung fu is 1 of the 5 animal kung fu (the rest are: Crane , Snake , tiger and Leopard) and the other 4 each have there own techniques in which they have a advantage in but the Dragon style Kung fu or Dragon is very close in each and every regard even with other animals outside of this category of 5 (the rest that i know of are: Mantis , Monkey , Deer , Python , Bear) although some consider Dragon style kung fu isn't a techniques it is and because of it having skills very close in each and every regard but because it takes the advantages of having these regards to use it as an advantage. Is this true correct me if I'm wrong anyway thank you
