Is this a good deck of Yu-gi-oh cards?

In my opinion, no. First of all, it looks like you just randomly grabbed cards and put them in. Make a theme, (spellcasters, zombies, aliens, machines, etc.) they work better together. Second, hydrogeddon's effect is useless unless you have at least two in your deck. Third, make a strategy with combos.Get certain cards that work well together. Example: amphibious bugroth MK-13 + a legendary ocean(or umi), bugroth's effect says it can attack directly when "umi" is on the field. A legendary ocean says it is treated as umi.
