Tight pains in my chest, please help?!?

The last 2 days I've been having these tight pans, on the left side about 2 inches below my arm pits. I'm getting really worried, I'm 15 and my mum just keeps telling me ''it's indigestion'' an then leaves it.... Does anybody know what it could be please help me, I'm desperate.
