Would You Agree That Patriotism Is Destroying America?

Isn't the point of patriotism to disagree with bad decisions? To question our government employees? They are just employees after all right? They are nothing compared to the majority. If they do a bad job and we tell them and they say their decisions represent OUR America. If we look at the Constitution then look at how it's violated how can we be patriotic if our leaders lie and violate their positions. When slavery was around was I patriotic if I didn't agree with George Washington owning slaves? Of course I was. The only thing that defines you as a patriotic person is following the principles in the Constitution. We should never support bad decisions by the government that violate the Constitution. The employees of the government don't matter at all. Even if they think they do. Even if they say they do. Only when what they say is righteous and what they do is righteous should they bask in our patriotic glory.
